The I-Recycle Mobile is the transportable version of the local recycling point system. Designed to deliver selective waste collection services across different areas of the municipality in a flexible and efficient manner, it retains the same design, modular architecture, and functionality as the fixed model.It incorporates a structure mounted on a towable platform, enabling easy relocation and temporary deployment according to operational requirements.
MODULAR AND FUNCTIONAL DESIGN
The I-Recycle Mobile incorporates the same selective collection modules as the fixed system, enabling the segregation of multiple waste streams through clearly separated, user-accessible compartments.Its robust, compact structure ensures safe transport and operation, high durability in demanding urban environments, and ease of maintenance and emptying. At the same time, its design maintains visual consistency with existing street furniture and the overall municipal image.
OPERATIONAL FLEXIBILITY FOR WASTE SORTING
The system enables the deployment of local recycling points at events, in low-density neighbourhoods, for environmental awareness campaigns, or in areas where a permanent installation is not feasible.Its mobile configuration allows for rapid deployment without civil works, flexible adaptation to municipal campaigns or specific collection needs, improved resource allocation and service coverage, and reinforcement of selective collection during periods of increased waste generation.
SMART CONNECTIVITY AND DIGITAL SERVICE MANAGEMENT
The I-Recycle Mobile can be equipped with an optional digitalisation and IoT connectivity system, enabling real-time monitoring of compartment status and improving the operational management of municipal services.Using optical level sensors and low-power LTE connectivity, the system supports more efficient planning of emptying operations, preventing overflows and reducing unnecessary collection routes.The solution is complemented by a digital management platform, accessible via web and mobile applications, enabling equipment geolocation, automated alerts, usage analytics, and the configuration of collection parameters according to municipal requirements.In addition, its integration with Smart City platforms and Open Data systems supports resource optimisation, cost reduction, and the ongoing digital transformation of urban services.
