BriteBin is a smart, solar-powered compactor bin designed to optimise waste collection in urban and tourist areas, as well as in high-footfall public spaces.Its integrated compaction system, combined with a self-sufficient solar power supply, significantly increases effective capacity and reduces emptying frequency. This results in more efficient municipal operations and lower emissions associated with collection routes.
HIGH CAPACITY AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
The unit features a 150-litre internal container and a motorised compaction system capable of achieving compaction ratios of up to 5:1 or higher, depending on the model, allowing a significantly greater volume of waste to be stored within the same footprint.This results in fewer collection trips, lower operating costs, improved urban cleanliness, and increased service availability in high waste generation areas.
SOLAR POWER AND AUTONOMOUS OPERATION
BriteBin operates fully autonomously via an integrated photovoltaic panel that powers both the compaction system and onboard electronics, including connectivity modules.Energy is stored in a long-life internal battery, ensuring continuous year-round operation without the need for grid connection or complex installation.
CONNECTIVITY AND SMART MANAGEMENT
The system incorporates fill-level sensors and remote connectivity, enabling real-time monitoring of each unit via a web platform and mobile application.This technology supports automated collection alerts, dynamic route optimisation, historical data analysis, and centralised operational control, while enabling integration with Smart City platforms.Together, these capabilities deliver more efficient, sustainable, and data-driven urban cleaning operations.
